Although the company is relatively new, its founder, Ms. Peña, brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. During her tenure as Senior Designer at Telesco Associates, she gained extensive expertise across all phases of architectural design. She led and contributed to a wide range of projects, including hospitality, residential, multifamily, institutional, educational, and storage developments.

She later focused on strategic planning, portfolio analysis, and real estate development, supporting both large private organizations and public-sector entities.
